Cobra S3840V 15" 40V Cordless scarifier

The COBRA S3840v is a cordless scarifier powered by a 5Ah 40V Lithium-ion battery and makes up part of COBRA's 40V range. It has a 15" working width and a working depth range of -10 to +50mm adjustable in 5 settings between 25-75mm.

It is supplied with a scarifier drum with 22 spring tines and a bladed aerator with 14 blades which are very easy to swap between when needed and it means it is fully equipped to gently remove any moss or thatch from your lawn

SCARIFYING.
Scarifying is a process perhaps best described as a mechanical raking of the lawn, its primary purpose is to remove thatch and moss although it has associated benefits as well. The Cobra scarifying drum has a series of sharp tines that rotate at high speed and cut into the turf in a vertical manner.

AERATING.
The main reason for aerating is to alleviate soil compaction. Compacted soils have too many solid particles in a certain volume or space, which prevents proper circulation of air, water and nutrients within the soil. The COBRA S3840V scarifier is the perfect machine for breaking down compacted soil and producing a healthier, more vibrant lawn.

The working depth has four settings to choose between -10mm and +5mm and is very easy to select with the wheel/knob on the body top.
