Delivery Information

We are receiving daily updates from our suppliers regarding stock levels and delivery times. Delivery times could be delayed due to the added pressure on warehouse staff and delivery firms. We are working hard to update stock levels daily, but if we cannot supply your order we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible. As with other industries we are experiencing delays and supply chain issues so normal delivery times can be delayed. This applies especially to spare parts.

At COUNTY MOWERS WETHERBY LIMITED, we pride ourselves in not only offering the best possible prices on our products, but we also offer the best possible delivery terms. Our prices include VAT and Free Delivery to the majority of areas on the GB mainland.

Delivery Charges

Our prices include free delivery on most items to England and Wales mainland addresses. Additional delivery charges can apply to certain locations.Pallet delivery is not available to the following postcodes "BT" "KW" "IV" "PA" "PH" "AB" "DD" "KY" "EH" "TD" "KA" "FK" "HS" "ZE"

Delivery is usually 5-7 working days for most products on the GB mainland.

Ride on Mowers and Garden Tractors are usually delivered within 7 – 10 working days due to the need to build and test them to ensure they reach you ready to mow.

Products weighing approx 40kg and over will be delivered by a specialised pallet company. They will contact you to arrange delivery on a suitable day. This covers products including but not exclusively lawn tractors, ride on mowers and garden shredders.

Some models of Hayter and Toro lawnmowers are also delivered by pallet due to the weight and to prevent damages. We try to offer the best delivery method so you receive your item in good condition. Please contact us if you have any queries relating to pallet deliveries.

The majority of our garden machinery is sent by courier and requires a signature for the delivery. Deliveries will not be left without a signature as proof of delivery.

Ourselves and our distributors use several major carriers including DHL, DPD, DX, Fed-Ex, Tuffnells, and ParcelForce who deliver Monday to Fridays only, usually between 8am and 6pm. As these are National carriers we cannot stipulate AM or PM deliveries to them.

We are unable to offer a weekend service for deliveries.

We do not offer delivery on any items to Northern Ireland, Eire, The Channel Islands, The Isle of Man or Europe.
